The hard thing about knowing which sake to buy is that usually after a night of drinking, and often trying various bottles, it’s hard to remember what you had and liked. This store, Ponshukan, which is right in Niigata Station, is the perfect way to sample and then buy what you liked best.
I’ll definitely be going again soon.
