greetings to all in the community of PH, I hope you are well and that this change in the trend of the coins market is not affecting them much, this opportunity I want to address a topic that I find quite interesting as an entrepreneur that I am, the topic I mean is "the habit of constancy" and because it is so difficult in humans to be consistent in a goal to achieve, I hope you like it and can leave a comment.
Today there is much talk about the importance of habits in successful people, one of the most important habits that determines the success of a person is perseverance, but if we all know that this habit is the one that makes the difference in everyone's life, then why is it so difficult for us to develop this habit?
one possible answer is that the culture in which we were born makes us more dispersed when it comes to develop this habit or on the other hand the social networks that daily bombard us with movies, series and commercials where people become rich and powerful in a short time, I think we have all seen a movie where the protagonist goes to a university or starts a business and after a few seconds the protagonist is graduated or sells his company for millions of dollars, this only reinforces in us a sense of urgency for things that require a lot of time and effort.
in order to develop a habit you must have at least 30 days of constant action to begin to internalize the habit after that the results of our new habit will be reflected months later, take exercise as an example if a person decides to have the habit of doing cardio every day for 40 minutes a day, in 30 days you will have the habit established, but the benefits of doing cardio will be seen months later if you have the patience to be consistent.
we live in an era where we want everything immediately, if we start a business we want to live from our business from the first month no matter that statistics say that the logical thing to do is to wait until the investment is cancelled, apparently when logic confronts emotion, emotion always wins, I imagine that the brain in its eagerness to conserve energy bombards us with substances that make us hate the effort of getting up to finish a job or exercise.
in conclusion the best habit that we can develop is called "perseverance", but to achieve this habit so fundamental in the life of any entrepreneur will require a lot of work on our part, no doubt I can say that on the way to develop this habit we will face one of the greatest evils of the human being "apathy of self-abandonment", as entrepreneurs we have to develop habits that allow us to access better opportunities on the ladder of success and although all this is a very personal opinion I deeply believe that the first step towards a better life is perseverance, without it we will only have sporadic successes that will only fill our life with sadness and frustration.
