Each promotion requires more responsibility ,I completely agree with this statement. I would even add that it provides motivation, which drives the person with a better position, and therefore a better salary, to continue progressing and persevering, not simply remaining stagnant.
Let me tell you a little about myself.....My mother died, and I left my family and home country. I arrived in this country, stayed with a friend, and paid him rent. I started working every day, working hard to get my car. I achieved it. My new goal was an apartment. To get it, I had to work as a model—yes, you read that right. My boss asked me for help one time when the person didn't show up. I was terrified, but I did it. From then on, I was given this opportunity many times, and that's how I got my apartment. Now my goal is buy apartment, rent it out, and generate passive income. I'm 21 years old and have many goals in mind. I know I have to work hard and persevere, and I will, just like on the ship

I've learned that life isn't all fun and games , it requires effort if we want to move forward.
I like to smile, make jokes respectfully.
I feel happy on the ship
