Old age, like many things in life, is relative. I am young, but if I compare myself to a 5-year-old child, I would say I am old. So, being active makes people feel alive. Being an active person is a guarantee of being healthy and having good energy, and if we add a touch of humor something that makes life more bearable.

I just planted 6 new plants out in the Garden... I'm actually doing much better than most people my age... My Doctor told me I was Super Healthy...
