how to grow plants faster

i m growing corrainder in my home.Since these are winters now a days so this process was very slow.i thought something and watered the plant with that water in which i had boiled egg for my son.Now i can see the corrainder leaves are growing very fast.fantastic tip do u agree.u can try it
