Decentralized podcast service?

I am wanting to do a podcast, but would like to have it pull from somewhere decentralized. Does d-tube do anything like this? Does anyone know a solid decentralized solution for streaming a podcast?

      I just discovered DSound. It looks more like something similar to SoundCloud, which is the centralized service I'd live to avoid.
