Because we do not have a large enough team of workers at PeakD.com to feel comfortable with a huge increase of users. We are gonna be listing to hire people and also we prefer to wait until after RC delegation system is out. There's also a couple other features we'd like to do before starting our PR and Marketing. At least not for something at this level.
