No. He hasn't changed his view. I follow him closely, even though he's been wrong about Bitcoin :) Just yesterday he posted a dramatic podcast talking about how it's probably near the top, not bottom. He came down harder on cryptos than usual. So he's more bearish on cryptos than ever.
