My Roman Empire

If we were penguins
You and I
I would want to be with you,
So no need to fly,
I'd give you a pebble
Smooth and round,
To show you that you are the love that I happily found.
I'd give you flowers,
Colorful and fragrant,
To show you that you are the only one I want to be confined to.
I'd walk through blizzard and snowy hills, through fire and burning forests, through broken pieces of glass and shattered heart, through the thunderstorms and furious oceans.
I'd live with the lizards and frogs.
I'd even fight a bear or even the death.
I'd arrive at our igloo
With my formal shirt fancy and hand full of sushi and all romancey.
And I would ask to dance in ice.
Like penguins do
When i whisper you look perfect.
I would say I pengWin at life!
Cause I have you.
Looking into your eyes, I see glaciers and orcas swimming.
Your smile like the the northern lights.
Your hugs as the warm like the sun after the coldest night.
If we were swans,
I would ask you to stay with me forever.
And if you were gone, I would be lone as ever.
I'd walk through the new waters,
Come back with hand full of fishes,
I'll make dinner for you in my plain white pinkish tuxedo.
All cute and sweet.
Your voice like the songs sung by the birds in the morning,
so calm and soothing.
Swans are gifts, gifts from up above.
Teaching us how to love with all our heart and soul.
We are swans, you be my queen and I'll be your man.
I would say 'I love you my sweetheart'
And you'd follow up saying 'forever more'.
I'd be so happy and could not be discreet
Our penguin love will give me happy feet.
I'd be smiling and blushing and could not be miserable.
Our swan love will give me free wings.
