Some of my friends think I'm out to lunch...
Truth is, I love going to lunch with a friend.
Left to my own devices for too long, my mind sadly becomes its own echo chamber, a veritable strait jacket. Deeply ingrained thought patterns begin to resemble the classic computer science "Halting Problem," a broken record that keeps looping back on itself, never going anywhere.
Thank Jesus/God for friends!
I'm looking forward with great expectation to lunch with a new friend today.

Hey, Troy!
Thanks for stopping by. Good to "see" you. :D
We were absolutely not created to be solitary creatures. By nature, I am usually extremely introverted, but from time to time, my soul yearns for connections with in my small circle of friends. BTW that is my all-time favorite scripture. I have actually been kicking around the idea of a mens/young mens ministry around it.
Hey there, @papacrusher, it's a pleasure to "meet" you here today. Thanks so much for your very responsive comment. <3 And I encourage you in your intention to get a men's ministry going. I hang out with a small crew from time to time, and it is one of the joys of my life as we prod one another on to love and good works.
I just read your "back to Hive" story. Write on!
😄😇😉

We hand some interactions several years ago before my hiatus. Thanks for the encouragement!
Forgive my declining memory...
Good to "see" you again!
lololol some days I can barely remember what I had for supper the night before!
