You call her pretty but she has her marks. ..
You call her an angel but she has her demons
There's a girl in town; her name is deborah
do you wanna know her?
Do you wanna try?
Her life's a little complicated
Let me tell you why,...
Her heart is almost broken
She's in a lot of pain
Her mouth has lots of words unspoken
She hides herself in shame
Her blessing and her curse is
Her feeling locked in a purse
Loathe to close her eyes
Petrified to have them open
Her boyfriend cheats
it's all over the street
Her father hates her
wishes He didn't create her
She's friends with sanity
In a world full of vanity
Do you still wanna know her?
Would you still like to try?
Her life's still a little complicated
Let me tell you why,
Besides her scars from cutting
She's got bruises everywhere
Her boyfriend tends to hit her
And doesn't even care
Her friends call her worthless
Even child-scare
She had monsters in her head
Spirits in her mind…
Monsters that she fed
With any pain she could find
Are you ready to know her?
Do you want to try?
Her life is a little complicated
I'll tell you why
Deborah’s sorry for the things she’s done
Sorry she couldn't be number one
She lives in a shell
And has been through hell
She dwells in a wicked spell
And all her worst fears tend to swell
She’s never been loved
None of her problems were ever solved
She was a sister to pain
Her beauty was her only gain
It's too late to know her…
Pretty deborah’s gone far
Do you know Deborah?
Did you try???
If her words have hurt you,
She'll choose not to speak.
If her silence troubles you,
She might break into tears.
If her tears draw out pity,
She shall not to beg.
If her presence bothers you,
She'll choose to love you in silence
And she left the world…
Coz when you constantly live in hell
Heaven always wins
And that's her story
You can call it deborah's plight
