I believe in the spiritual component of us too. I think the physical bodies that we think are us are only like an avatar, sort of a biological vehicle that allows our souls to inhabit this crude physical world and learn our lessons. I experienced a NDE as a child, I nearly drowned in a pool. I remember a bright light and intense feeling of calm. I have no idea how long I was under water. I was around 4 or 5 years old, playing in a neighbor's pool and my friend's mother went inside and left us out there alone. I hope you have a great week my friend.
