My personal advice:
Rather than learning about poetry writing, go read poetry! You will learn about it much more by reading and creating it rather than by reading about it.
If you really need to learn about poetry, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poetry should have everything you need to know.
Go on tumblr and search for poetry, or even go onto steemit and search the poetry tag.
