Equinox is right around the corner, and a full moon makes it all the more powerful. This is such a lovely time to be still and listen, plant seeds of all kinds, let gratitude overflow, and invite your spirit to dance!
I’ve been walking in the sunshine each day with my kids, getting some much-needed time outside. There’s still snow, up here in the mountains, but it’s melting, and there are signs of Spring everywhere.
I always come alive with nature, growing into the season, slowly shrugging off Winter’s slow, cold rest. I think many of us do this—if you’re at all in tune with the natural world, it’s hard to resist the delight of Spring’s awakening.
Whispers of Spring
Grow your roots down deep, my dear,
Listen to the Earth.
Tap into the limitless
Energy of rebirth.
Breathe a fresh breath in, this day,
Dance a brand new jig,
Dream into the blossoming,
Hands in soil, dig.
Hear the songs returning now,
Robin’s trill, owl’s hoot,
Sun coaxing leaves to grow,
Earth warming roots.
Water brings its myriad music,
Wind sings with trees,
Let yourself awaken now,
Set yourself free.

Such a cool poem to welcome in spring with
Beautiful words babe and I know exactly what you mean. I'm not very fond of winter. And when the sun doesn't shine for a while, I yearn for it. I usually love cloudy days and the rain also, but not when it's cold. I welcome spring and summer, the cold rain on a hot day, the heat, the sun it's all good. I'm definitely a product of my environment lol Ahhh so glad for spring!

We don't have four seasons
But the rain after a very hot day or the haze season does give everything a new breath of life
