RE: A Life, So Beautifully Analog (An Original Poem) + Condolences for a Friend

in #poetrylast year

God, what news! I did not know. Although death is the only sure thing in life, it always surprises us when it comes. As you say so well in your poem, memories are the best tribute we can pay to those who set out on the journey to eternity. Every experience, every moment, every gesture, is part of the mark that the person has left on this side of the shore. We are sure that the world is a little different without them. Today January is coming to an end and I hope that the coming months will be with less losses and more achievements. A hug, Eric.

I know! There's been so much loss it's almost hard to even fathom. Linnet was only 45. All of this definitely forces you to pay more attention to the moments we have with our friends and loved ones! Thank you Nancy! I wish you a wonderful rest of your week!
