It's one of the constants in my life. With butter, no milk.

Ah, we've been doing it with unsalted organic grassfed butter lately as well. Run it through the blender for a minute to get it nice and light. It's actually pretty tasty.
I tell you ... my first cup of coffee in the morning that usually pair with some chocolate is one of the most satisfying acts of my day. I can totally understand why someone would wax poetical about a cup of joe.

This is so true. Although a nice cold Orval does the trick almost as well.
