Terrifying the First Time
mistrals gust
tap tap tapping
against filament
lignin and petal
the softest
is the most
frightening
phantoms
feelings
vulnerability
the psyche opens
worry and anxiety
hushed
a break in the torrent
peace and bliss
found in the new
elevation
freedom
love
terrifying
the first time
Clouds and Silvered Air
love, a lifetime love
something we sense, know is there
until we find it
souls astray, fumble and flail
grasp at clouds and silvered air
I See
I see pearls
In my cloudy
Opalescent screaming
Vision
I see rainbows
In my foggy
Iridescent blinding
Sight
Closed shells of pressure
Arcs of pain and loss
Heartrending ache
Madness
Grief
I don’t see
In my cloudy
Opalescent screaming
Vision
I Feel
