Paranoia (noun)- Especially suspicious or distrustful.
This is something I have always been afraid of and have had a tough time dealing with. Not being able to trust your judgment because of the mental state you are in is a scary thing.
I must choose to either trust the people I am around or isolate myself from everyone until I have had to calm down and reassess the facts. I am still fighting this battle in many ways but this poem gave me an escape while I was feeling paranoid.
