Secrets as old as time
Lie in your depths
All that was left behind
When your waves overswept

Lost cities and lost lands
What mystery lies beyond your sands
Strange creatures forever hidden in your abyss
Shrouded from daylight, a unique bliss

Oh how I wish I could see into the sea
A wish that is only a reverie
For I will never see into the sea
Her secrets are locked in eternity
