The Cave of Silent Screams

Filled with purple-blue death tones;
far away from grey skies and green lanes
making the mundane seem like a blessing
in silver crossed design,
the story of secrecy sulks throughout
the cave structures
and lets crying be
a secret blessing.

Her feet creak
while she walks
in steps of delicate
mindless torture.

In transparent echoes
of dimensional truths
lies heaps of betrayal.

While death surrounds us
we get desperate enough
to be brave.
