Hello all
My name is Mike, some of my friends call me OldManCoffee or OMC. I've been playing poker full time for a few years now. I started out playing $40 tournaments at my local casino. They were a lot of fun and I had reasonable success in them, building myself a small bankroll to play with. I started playing more cash and become comfortable in $1/$2. After a while moving up to $2/$5 and am also enjoy PLO. The closest casino with consistent 2/5 is over an hour away sadly. I go there a few times a week tho because the games and the drive is worth it. Other days I play at my local casino where they do still have juicy 1/2 and an occasional 5/5 PLO. I am planning to move somewhere after attending the WSOP this year to hopefully play some higher stakes.
I'm going to try to write a blog after each of my sessions. I like discussing and reviewing hands I play. I'm also thinking about writing some educational posts about concepts I think are important or interesting. I have some ideas in mind but what are some concepts you guys would like me to write about? I'm open to any suggestions and would be happy to answer any questions you have to help you improve your game. They can be anywhere from basic to advanced, I feel I'll be able to offer something so any ideas and suggestions are welcome!
