I don't feel like translating your post (again) and will assume it's the same bullshit you posted on Scorum, so here's my same reply.
Your account access was removed because we noticed that you had no posting history at all on Scorum (until we removed your access) and your Steemit account looks like a sockpuppet just reblogging. Which is what most all sockpuppet accounts do, including the most famous sockpuppet account creator we know, isacoin, which your account resembled.
So to protect our players, who all play for free, we banned your account until we could hear from you. We tried to reach out to you in our chat, but like most sockpuppets you were not there. Then we responded to an email providing a link to our chat to talk about the situation, you never arrived.This left us only one way to view your account, it must be a sockpuppet of someone else.
Espcially considering that instead of coming to us to discuss your account, like we offered, you chose to go this route, like a sockpuppet would. For this reason, I doubt I will ever let you back in but you've always been more than welcome to cash out and have the ability to do so.
I will suspect that if you did not receive a cash out that you did not choose the Rush Cash out option but instead tried cashing out on the Monthly cash out, which happens on the 1st of each month, next one being February 1st. So if you are missing a cash out, this is likely why.
