I recently got into a conversation with someone about how there are no good cops. The nature of their job is to enforce laws against regular people, even when those laws are unjust. As such, no cop can be called "good," even if they aren't taser-happy. My feeling is that those few bad apples as they are called by supporters stand out because they're the squeakiest wheels. It's still a barrel of rot.
