There is a practice I have adopted as a habit from a policy and I have been trying to adopt throughout my business life: the Open Door. I believe that open door practice in a workshop removes communication problems from the middle and increases synergy. In this application I do not keep the door of my room closed in any circumstances except for the meetings with the third parties. All of my close colleagues can come in at any time of the day of the rendezvous so that we can have instant consultations.
We also apply open door application consistently in the group of companies that we are founders of. All of our executives consist of people who have adopted this practice on the first day. Creating an environment in which people can easily reach each other is also preventing physical constraints from being put in place, and preventing the forced hierarchies remaining in the past periods to prevent business outcomes. We do not keep our doors closed except outside meetings.
I am the one who implements the system in which the work is carried out mostly by the macro delegation method. Therefore, I do not interfere with the duties and responsibilities of all the managing friends in the system level. I am exchanging ideas about macro problems.
