Festiwal muzyczny organizowany przez Wielką Orkiestre Świątecznej Pomocy (WOŚP). Powstaje On z funduszy uzyskanych od sponsorów.
Nazwa „Przystanek Woodstock”, jak o niej mówił Jerzy Owsiak, wyrosła z legendy festiwalu w Woodstock i atmosfery epoki dzieci kwiatów. Natomiast słowo „przystanek” nawiązywało do popularnego serialu telewizyjnego Przystanek Alaska
W założeniu impreza ta jest podziękowaniem dla wolontariuszy za ich pracę podczas Finału Wielkiej Orkiestry Świątecznej Pomocy. Festiwal jest w całości bezpłatny dla widzów.Festiwal przyciąga również wielu obcokrajowców, w większości z Niemiec, zapraszane są zespoły z całego świata.
Przystanek Woodstock dopiero od 2004 roku zawitał do Kosztrzyna nad Odrą, przed tym rokiem od 1995 organizowany był w takich miastach jak : Czymanowo, Szczecin ,Lębork , czy też Żary.
Od tego roku festiwal zmienia nazwe na Pol'n'Rock festival.

It is created from resources obtained from the sponsors.The name "Woodstock Stop", as it is said Jerzy Owsiak, grew out of the legends festival in Woodstock and atmosphere of flower children. And the word "stop" refers to the popular series Stop Alaska condition, this exhibition is gratitude to volunteers for their work during the Finale of " Big band Holiday Assistance.
