As I mentioned in earlier posts, because we turned our band council into the RCMP for embezzlement our council has been punishing us to get us to back off.
One step is they're refusing to clean our roads so we can get out.
Which is why we were stuck...
My brother and I tried to dig it out and removed the gate, but there was no chance considering the council actually created a snow hump blocking us in.
But... the reserve across the way sent us a team and truck to help us out.
Took them fifteen minutes.
Brother took off to town for supplies but there's an issue with it being New Years... not a lot open.
The team from the other reserve said we can call them any time. I still have to create a path from the door though.
Grocery shopping at 7-11. Even Tim Hortons was closed! Here. In. Canada. I don’t get it.
everything here was open. Shoppers, fresh slice till 10, safeway. I asked mom if you guys needed anything. I have tons.
