It is hard to believe the atrocities like this are still happening around the world. What will it take for someone to step in and fix these types of situations. It is hard to watch as the “many” are made powerless and controlled at such a level by the “few” the world has seen what comes from dictatorship and it has never been pretty. It’s surprising that the UN is not involved here on some level. It is difficult for organizations to push their values and systems on other countries but when a system is oppressive and abusive then that’s the time. Will we ever live in a time when power isn’t so important? Rather peace and equality rule?
