Why Should A New Economic System Be Implemented In Venezuela?

At the beginning of the presidency of Hugo Chávez in 1999, the socialist system was raised and implemented in an economy that is affected by the devaluation of the currency, where the income of its oil exports decreased in magnitude.

But ... what is socialism ?: Socialism is defined as a system of economic and social organization, whose basis is that the means of production are part of the collective heritage and is the people who administer them.

The socialist order considers as main objectives the just distribution of goods and a rational organization of the economy. For this, it proposes the elimination of private property and the extinction of social classes.  Taking into account the aforementioned, we go into how that idealism evolved or that expectation of achieving a "good economic change"; Over time, this economic system was developed so that all private companies are expropriated for the interest of "public motive" so that the government could take full control and management.

However, this was not achieved in part, since the total management of the entire private sector was not obtained due to the economic imbalance between the socialist economic system and capitalism (the domination of the private sector), which caused a bad investment of profits. of the state, where financial gain was not taken advantage of in new production and export areas, but only in the oil that lost its value every day.  As a result of this, short-term measures were taken that continue to harm us since, they try to solve this problem of hyperinflation by benefiting and investing in the lower class with food vouchers, Christmas bonus, a bonus for pregnant women, among others ... what brings us as a consequence that the state is harmed because it does not exist and a long-term measure was never proposed, where it is invested in the producing hand and we not only depend on the export only of oil, where our economic system is Mixed: Socialist and Capitalist but, totally unbalanced.

If we only had the capitalist system, we would be able to manage in a better way the obtained by the private property of the state, services, education among others, in a better way for our country!
