A better question is why are you not weaponising your own drone already?
I don't see any laws against it. I really want one of these EMP lasers to counter drones and terminator bots.
There are laws against having a fully automated terminator because it would fall into the "man trap" definition in a lot of states.
Really the 2nd amendment was no different from the right to bear arms that the colonists and British citizens already had, they removed the religious requirement and made it clear that it applied to military weapons and that people had a right to form militias.

Awesome, I did see someone who had a tracked wheel chair with duel machineguns, I got to try out a non machine gun version that was pretty incredible, beats the crap out of walking.
