This wasn't the best of Sacha Baron Cohen, but it was entertaining to see the master troll and his new sidekick, Maria Bakalova, who plays Borat's 15 year old daughter in action again. It got me to laugh out loud for the first time this year which was a nice break from all the seriousness.
The whole point of this movie is to shock and offend people, so if you're a politically sensitive or an easy offended person, I'd stay the hell away from watching this, but if you're in for a good laugh, I highly recommend it. This scene where Borat jokes about pimping out his daughter with this older southern gentleman for $500 gets the most disgusting look from his own daughter as she says in disgust,
Fucking gross!
The part where he tries to get an abortion for his daughter which he impregnated at this Christian clinic was really funny too. He asks the man if he's ever put one in his daughter. He is clearly uncomfortable, but maintains his professionalism dispite the fucked up question. I wonder how many times real people were just laughing their asses off seing through failed bits.
Borat is famous now, so he had to go in new disguises and rely on his co-star who is really funny too. She meets this Instagram star and tries to impress her by opening a bottle with her pussy. She is not impressed and suggest on NEVER doing that again. I wonder how she actually opened the bottle now. I'm guessing it was a trick bottle, but I've heard of this being done in weird sex shows in Thailand so it is possible. I tried Googling it, but no answers on HOW it's done, but plenty of porn clips of it being done which I'll let you investigate yourself.
Showing up at a Mike Pence convention in a KKK outfit then changing into a Trump costume carrying his daughter over his shoulder as a gift to Pence took some serious comedy balls.
He was not amused.
This is the scene everyone is talking about now. Rudy Giuliani thought he was going to score with Borat's pretty daughter after a flirtatious interview. Weither he had his hand down his pants was really to adjust his mic or something else is hard to tell, but it was a really surprising moment for me, because I watched this without knowing what would happen. I'm sure it will look like good fun once Hunter Biden's laptop contents are leaked though.
Borat and daughter's bloody dance was more shameless shocking comedy that gave my stomach muscles the same workout a hundred sit-ups would do.
I really liked when they were trolling real people, but found the bits with just the two of them pointless and unnecessary. No one cares about the fake story. We just want to laugh when they fuck with people. There was zero need for them to pretend to carry the story in my opinion. Maybe it was just filler to kill time. I don't know, but it wasn't funny and I would skip through those scenes.
The Fauci big head doll with the giant vaccine was funny. I wonder how the good doctor felt about his devilish portrayal in the film. What did you think of Borat 2? If you watched this whole flick without laughing out loud once, maybe you're taking life and politics too seriously. I think most people will get a kick out of Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan though.
