More than 12,000 people affected by the onslaught of 'Karen'

In 12,500 individuals affected by the onslaught of Typhoon Karen in some areas of Luzon after it to make landfall early dawn.     Based on the monitoring of disater National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) with minor landslides and flooding were reported during the storm ravaging in which an individual was killed while three others were missing or missing.  Validating the NDRRMC today if due to the storm killed two earlier deaths.  According to NDRRMC spokesperson Mina Marasigan based on their reports retrieved some roof flown because of the strong winds, power outages become the communication line.   "Minor landslides were also reported, as well as floods. We're waiting for the storm to blow over to conduct a fuller assessment," said Marasigan.   Marasigan said that the 12,500 individuals who fled their homes are currently staying in evacuation centers.   Located 11 people were rescued after the boat sank as stays in Samar on Friday during 1,000 ships and 6,500 passengers were stranded in various coast guard.
