There is a great deal of truth to this article. In the meantime, it should be added that many of the leaders and the 1% of many nations are not just frightened servants but willing collaborators in helping the U.S. government preserve a predatory economic system that benefits them financially. The profit system is a world-wide, not just an American, disease.
