RE: Chicago Judge Unleashes Scathing Attack on Activist Post Reporter

in #politics2 years ago

The question that comes to mind is what interest does the lender extending credit to the Mescall/Kramers have to Sallas? How are they profiting nominally to pay the judge up to $1,306,550?

That seems to be what's going on with these loans being considered paid off with no canceled checks to show payment by the debtor.

Perhaps the bar association would be a suitable venue to air these questions, as Mescall/Kramer apparently would prefer to put you in a cell and address any questions that reach them from there.

Thanks!

Janet's response:
It is hard to know. My gut feeling is there is a trough for judges to drink at, a money trough. Not so much Sallas specific but more specific to asset stripping.

Such corruption has been ongoing in the US family courts for generations today. It has proved robust enough to withstand inquiries during that time, or profitable enough to re-emerge as victims are targeted by corrupt judges.

Be careful enough to overcompensate for your diligence.

Great question and suggestion, I'll pass this along to the author for comment, much appreciated!
