I can realize your condition - If you have Poloniex support ticket with no response for long time. So here is my story.
If you have 50 or 60 day's support ticket with no response Just don't loos your hope.
Make a Fresh ticket with very clean and short message .
Must add a screen short . I think it's work fine.
In my case after making fresh ticket I got response withing 10 Minutes and My account got unfreeze after 1 day.
Upvote for my couple of minutes effort.
