WHAT IS POOLTRADE?

Pooltrade is a Decentralized ICO Pooling Community where
members pool their money together in order to invest in new Initial

THE PROBLEM

Most blockchain & cryptocurrency experts would all agree that we're
currently in an ICO boom and it shows no signs of slowing down. With more
regulations being put into place as time goes on, Investors who travel
worldwide may have trouble investing in specific projects. Knowing that
there's a promising project you can't invest in is an awful feeling and it's
certainly a problem.

THE SOLUTION

Pooltrade allows users worldwide to put their money together in order
to make large investments in new & upcoming projects. If an Investor wants
to invest in a project but his country won't allow it, they can own a virtual
token for that specific project through Pooltrade. VPTR, Pooltrade's internal
virtual token system pegged to the price of PLTRD, is an important piece to
making such a system possible. When investing in an ICO through Pooltrade,
your VPTR amount for each project will fluctuate. Virtual tokens used in place
of ICO tokens through Pooltrade is the ultimate solution for overcoming
barriers yet not overstepping any regulations put in place by authority. ICO
tokens, along with their virtual counterparts, will be available through
Pooltrade. With everything put into place, Pooltrade aims to become one of
the top funding platforms for ICOs.

HOW DOESPOOLTRADEWORK?

Pooltrade works like normally investing in an ICO. You become part of a
community where everybody lumps their money together in order to invest in
new and upcoming projects. When someone begins a Pooling session for a
project, you?ll be able to invest any amount.
Everybody pools their money together to make one single investment
behind an anonymous member who is already verified & ready to invest.
PLTRD tokens will be used to invest in any ICO or Pre-ICO via the current ETH
rate. Your contribution will be exchanged for tokens from the ICO you're
investing in. If an ICO has tokens that aren't available yet, you'll receive VPTR
tokens in it's place. VPTR tokens are an internal network token used as a
temporary measure and will always be exchangeable for any ICO token. VPTR
tokens can also be exchanged for PLTRD tokens. Once your ICO tokens are
received, you're free to do anything you wish with them.

BECOMING A MEMBER

Becoming an official Pooltrade community member requires very
minimal verification. After requesting to become a member, Pooltrade will
send you a short form to fill out in order to verify you're a human being. After
completing verification and paying a small membership fee, you're on your
way to becoming a member.
For 2018 and 2019, becoming a member will cost 1000 PLTRD tokens.
After 2020 hits, the fee will fluctuate.

PLTRD Token

The Pooltrade token (PLTRD) is required to invest in any opportunity on the network.
PLTRD tokens are also the main source of fundraising for the Pooltrade network.
PLTRD tokens can be exchanged for ETH or any other ICO tokens including VPTR virtual tokens.
Investors will be able to obtain PLTRD tokens in April 2018.
By summer of 2018, PLTRD will be available via multiple exchanges.
Up to 250,000 PLTRD can be claimed via bounties.

VPTR Token

Virtual Pooltrade (VPTR) tokens are used in place of ICO tokens or PLTRD tokens.
They are pegged to the price of PLTRD.
If you invest in an ICO and there aren't any tokens available yet,
you'll receive VPTR tokens specifically for that ICO until tokens are available.
For each specific ICO, the VPTR amount will continuously fluctuate to match the correct price.
VPTR tokens are not available via exchanges since they aren't actual ERC20 tokens.
VPTR can also be earned by community members by investing in multiple different projects over time.

April 6th to April 13th

Starting March 31st, Pre-ICO registration will open. After finishing
registration, you'll be asked to fill out a short form. If approved, you'll be given
a unique login to our Pre-ICO page. There will be 500,000 PLTRD for sale
during the Pre-ICO at a rate of 0.0003 ETH per token. Participants in the
Pre-ICO will be able to sell their tokens to ICO participants starting April 26th
as a part of the Pooltrade buyback program.

April 26th to May 3rd

Starting April 26th, the Pooltrade ICO will be open. During the ICO, all
Pre-ICO Investors will have an opportunity to sell their PLTRD tokens to new
investors at a rate of 0.002 ETH per token. This is to reward initial investors as
well as to create a peg within the Pooltrade ecosystem. Unsold tokens will be
available for sale during the beta launch.

FUND ALLOCATION
In order for Pooltrade to become as massive as it needs to be, we can't
put funds towards something that won't let us grow. Most of the funds raised
will go towards the token buyback program which carries the 0.002 ETH peg
until July 2018. After July, the peg is no longer guaranteed.

LONGTERM OUTLOOK

After an incredible 2017, the Pooltrade Team looks forward to 2018
becoming an even bigger year for ICOs. By the end of Summer 2018,
Pooltrade aims to have a minimum Market Capital of approx. $30,000,000
USD. By the end of 2019, Pooltrade hopes to carry a $100,000,000 USD Market
Capital. We also fully expect to collectively invest in over 1000 ICOs before

BETA & PLTRD TRADING

When the Pooltrade beta goes live in May, PLTRD will remain pegged at
0.002 ETH per token until July when PLTRD will be listed on multiple
exchanges. After July, the free market will decide the final price of PLTRD.
Pooltrade's beta launch will roll out slowly to Pre-ICO & ICO Investors
throughout May.

TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION

One major aspect of Pooltrade is communication. Teamwork is
necessary for any pooling session to be successful. Live chat between
members in each session will furthermore expand on the community aspect
of Pooltrade. When members of a session can actually communicate, this can
potentially form new business relationships and connections.

FUNDINGPLATFORM

Pooltrade aims to be one of the top ICO funding platforms by 2020.
Along with strong marketing and an effective strategy, Pooltrade will allow
more investors than ever before to participate in ICO investment. Owning a
large portion of tokens for any project is key to creating steady profits and
this isn't possible without a pooling community. Pooltrade is an excellent
option when it comes to funding your own project. If you're the developer of
an upcoming project and need funds raised, Pooltrade's community will be
given the chance to contribute to your project if it's interesting enough. We

POOLINGSESSIONS

Each pooling session costs 100 PLTRD and must be for an upcoming or
ongoing ICO/Pre-ICO. Each unique project can only have 1 session. When
joining a session, there is no minimum or maximum to contribute. If a session
fails to raise a set amount, all PLTRD is refunded. Pooling sessions cannot be
closed until all locked contributors have received their tokens. Duplicate
sessions for the same ICO will be merged.

NO BARRIERS

Through smart contracts & escrow, anonymous ICO investing can be
possible through trusted contacts who are eligible to invest. Anyone from any
country can now participate in any ICO without needing to wait until it hits
exchanges months later. Of course, do so at your own discretion and
remember to never break the law.
As mentioned before, communication and teamwork are the key to a
successful pooling session. Reputation levels will also ensure you receive a
high quality partner when starting or joining a session. Having some form of
standard when it comes to anonymity is huge when it comes to working
together.
