Yeah I told him the same thing too, even for his friend. Now maybe he has tolerant group members who won't do anything too bad to him, but when he steps into working world, life or others may not be as kind. Anyway for my student, I think if he is humble, he would acquire this skill earlier and it would serve him good. Maybe the education system has seen the importance of this relational and conflict resolving skill so they start them young nowadays. Thanks @kokuryo as always :)
