Teamwork is indeed not easy when one tries to communicate and the other doesn't really bothered at all. This not only happens in school it happens in every day life, whenever there are humans.
These are excellent advises @hapoycrazycon and I am pretty sure Leo would have much higher respect of you as a teacher and a friend too. All ypung people these days truly need help readjusting their communication skills and team work when there are too much knowledge at the tip of their fingers but lack of a human connection.
Hahaha looks like this concept works very well with men and boys lol.
Thanks @littlenewthings for the encouragement and also pointing out the lack of communication in the younger generation. It is always easier for them to hide behind the convenience of technology nowadays so it takes deliberate effort and moving out of their comfort zone to do so. He felt extra enstranged that he needed to take this approach but he did. His friend finally gave his cooperation and they got it done! :)
