Hey so apparently it's cause the website stops showing users after 500 users, so whoever has less tokens than the 500th one won't show up until you surpass the 500th person. I checked hive-engine block explorer, though, and you have been earning POSH (about 10 so far) so just gotta keep sharing to show up there. :)
