My stepson is an experienced commercial marijuana grower and is co-founder of a local company/startup with an excellent track record. The problem is that his partner is a wall street swamp creature and he would like to separate from him. I was thinking that perhaps the way to create a new company is with coin offerings. Can any of you point me to someone who is experienced in this regard. The marriage of Pot and Cryptos might be the way to go. My stepson has the setup, licensing, growing and marketing experience and is known in the industry. He just needs someone to handle the money end of the operation who won't stab him in the back.
