Retired Captain Jideobi lives in a tranquil outskirt of the city. He had quite a fascinating, eventful and perilous military exposure during his early career days with the Airforce. He worked so hard and rose to a high level in his career amidst the herculean tasks and challenges he was faced with.
Sequel to his retirement from the Airforce, He opted for properties within the outskirts of the city to relax and enjoy his retirement life. He had fleet of cars and stupendous wealth but no Child. Married for Twenty five years with no offspring, Jideobi was troubled with the thoughts of who to inherit his wealth and hold his family name when he is gone.
He never stopped thinking of what the future holds for him in any eventuality uncalled for.
Prayers and supplications to God was a norm for him and his philanthropic gesture is very well pronounced and commendable too. He just never stopped giving alms and helping the needy.

While driving home after Church service on a particular Sunday Afternoon, he accidentally hit a young Woman who was crossing the road. Out of compassion, he hurriedly offered to help lift the Woman and took her to a Hospital for treatment. Upon discharge from the Hospital, Jideobi invited her to his home.
Ugochi hasn’t started recovering from the pains which she sustained from the accident within a fortnight staying with Jideobi who took very good care of her and offered to assist her in whatever way he could provided she was open to his helping hand.
Ugochi was diagnosed of amnesia and couldn’t remember anything not even her name. Jideobi tried to trace her family members and put a call across to them about her present medical state and disappearance but unfortunately, there was no form of identification or functional mobile device with her after the accident as her cellphone got damaged with SIM card missing at the scene of the accident. Jideobi's wife, Adaora was envious of Ugochi's continuous pampering by her Husband and resorted to been wicked to her.
Adaora imagined her Husband taking Ugochi as a second wife due to her inability to give birth to a child for him and this thought made her hate Ugochi the more.
“How dare you accuse me of having an affair with a mentally derailed person?” Jideobi quarreled his Wife on her incessant nagging and accusations since Ugochi stepped into the house.

Ugochi eavesdropped at the couple’s conversation and She picked Jideobi's words which termed her ‘Mentally Derailed ‘. She swiftly walked into the scene of the argument between the couple and interfered. She sobbed uncontrollably and pleaded to return home to her family very soon. Jideobi felt sorry and apologized on his wrong choice of words.
