It was completely a new Fork. Just like Hive. A few differences.... There are no downvotes (which I like since there are no ugly downvote wars) and there are small fees .01 blurt to post and it keeps spammers, scammers away. The best part is the Developers are also creating 2 new Blogging platforms on the Cosmos Blockchain.... and if you have Blurtpower you get an Airdrop of the new coins.
