You know? I have spent quite a few years on this planet. Intelligence and aptitude may be inherited but success is earned and wisdom is a result of the process that is accelerated only by discipline. Take a sec to think about that and digest.
I have also spent a good amount of time one this blockchain and am in occasional need of what I might deem a #shitpost naught for the wisdom I may impart to the global masses who are slowly finding their home on steem.
It is known
So, only those wise enough to have followed me will be privilege to the serial that I will launch tonight, and continue randomly not limited the following instances:
- When a moment of cosmic learning has stricken me so profoundly that I feel compelled to share it with my 1/2 legion of followers
- An instant where a lesson I have learned reinforces itself and reminds me of a lesson learned that I may have forgotten.
- When I find myself slipping into preachy mode, nobly bestowing my wisdom on deaf juvenile ears of my offspring, though I feel it may be a worthy proclamation that could be valued on a global scale
- Moments between 11:00PM and 12:00 AM EST where I have found myself without a brilliant post and a contribution o the blockchain.
I suppose I might add to these with time and enhanced wisdom but this is what you get at 11:59 on a Thursday that has taxed this Canadian Steemian after an awesome day filled with family, business, charity, beer, social revelation and beer.

You win or you learn - This is a principal I believe will help any individual on the planet if they would adopt it as a reaction to any negative situation. If things are going well, You are winning and not learning. Perhaps you win and then learn a lesson in not winning graciously and constructively. The universe will sort you out and you just have to be paying attention.
The more important preachy lesson to be noted here is that when shit is hitting the fan, is it immediately time to step back and and open yourself to learn from the consequence you are currently facing so you may improve and avoid it in the future.
Bonus Wisdom:
One form of insanity is to constantly do the same thing and expect different results. In my belief, we are all a specific and evolving brand of insane. We all have strengths and weaknesses that make us feel right or left of normal but that normal is more of a province than it is a line. When we show the discipline of using our brain to solve the crazy issues we face on a daily basis, we detect patterns. When we change our thinking, we change our actions and force different alternative outcomes.
So! If the same shit seems to be happening to you, change your thinking and actions if you would like to take control of your destiny and influence the way things turn out for you and the people related for you.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is where I really came to understand that one. If you have a tough match, you can beat yourself up for not performing well or be at peace with it and focus on what you will build into your game to be better next time. That’s where progress is made.

That's some good shit right there. ;) I have a few people in my life that would do well to learn from your bonus wisdom, but then that would mean they would have to open their minds to change their thinking--which is something they don't seem inclined to do. Though I shouldn't pass judgment as I am sure I have my own insane thoughts and habits to work on, as well.
