With the high sodium and resulting loss of fluids (via diarrhea)...I am wondering if this food would be safe for smaller kids over 30 days. They loose body fat so quickly and can suffer severe dehydration after one day of diarrhea.

Very thought provoking...thank you for sharing the experience so we can learn too...
