Go to https://www.presearch.org/account/tokens/rewards to redeem them, but it's not open before the end of June. So you got some time to collect tokens before you can sell them :P
Yeah, it's an interesting project, but they still have a long way to go. But I think now is a good time to join and get some tokens before they rise in value, and each search gives you less tokens :)
