There are plenty of portable printer, but there are few wireless fastest printer device one of them is Xiaomi Xprint AR and recently launched. If you googling you will found HP Sprocket Printer, Polarid Zip Mobile printer etc but all of them are over 100$. But Xiaomi here little bit 60$+.

Price is announced 63$ approx. You need to pay 6$ for 20pcs/pack photo paper.
Its uses Bluetooth and NFC for connecting to device with 256 color levels and based on CMY3 color fusion for printing.
