I use Slic3r, Cura, and now testing S3D. S3D is supposed to be the crown jewel and only paid one I know of, but I am not impressed with it at all. I primarily use Cura and Slic3r (Prusa Edition). Slic3r has better results once you know how to use it, but it looks like ass.
