It did happen to me almost an hour ago, I couldn’t read the terms and also open my account, I needed to read before accepting the terms. I closed the browser many tomes because I managed to log in normally. I guess this update was carelessly done.

Seems to me there must have been some sloppy implementation there... some "non testing" before the code was made live.
Checking back in on this.
I am glad I did RS this, I noticed last night and today a bunch more votes and such and a few more $$ on the post meaning we all raised awareness on this.
And, today I was hit with this sign in window myself, this is the truth.
