This is utterly necessary if America is not to plunge into oppressive tyranny in the immediate future. Massie mentions many crimes the US Congress has passed and Presidents have signed. The 'Third-Party Doctrine' is utterly unconstitutional, and the panoptic surveillance that has resulted, the censorship and inexorable propaganda that has been remorsely pushed as a consequence of that principle cannot be tolerated by free people.

Whether this law passes or not, I will continue to not carry a cell phone, use biometric ID, or ever have an employer that reports my pay to my enemy, the USG. This is clearly the pinnacle of your power and influence, and I support this legislation unreservedly.
