Hello everyone! Once again sorry for not posting a blog post for awhile. I ran out of ideas for what to write about so I have been thinking of ideas since I have been away.

Actions That Are Killing Your Productivity:

Lack Of Motivation
If you do not have motivation to be productive you are not going to be productive. To gain motivation to be more productive, you need to list the things down of why you would like to be productive. For example, list the things you currently want to get done and then list why you would like to get them done. Gaining motivation will help you be more productive and get some things done.

  1. Telling Yourself “I Will Do It Later”

Telling yourself “I will do it later” only causes you to set things aside and not get the things done that you want too. Instead of telling yourself “I will do it later” create a schedule to get things done or get it done right away. This will help you now set your tasks aside and will help you get things done quicker.

  1. Not Creating A Schedule

If you do not create a schedule for yourself you will have a harder time getting things done, especially if you are a very busy person. Creating a schedule allows you to be more productive and can fit tasks in your day to be more productive. I recommend getting a day planner which has the times of the days which you can create a schedule. Having a schedule will help you tremendously to be productive easier.

  1. Not Setting Time Aside For Your Tasks

If you do not set time aside for tasks to be completed you will never get the tasks done. Regarding to #3 I suggest you create a schedule once again, so you can get your tasks done. Setting a specific amount of time during the day to get tasks done is great! If you set time aside for tasks to be completed, you will have an easier time getting them done. This is great for people who have busy schedules, go to school or working.

  1. Not Making A List Of Tasks You Need To Complete

You should always make a list of the tasks that need to be completed. Making a list of tasks that need to be done ensures that you get every task you wanted completed. Create a list of things you need done in your life and you can work on them one by one.
