Profile Help Please

Hi,

Can anybody help? I am trying to change my profile picture and I am not having any success. I understand the image should be 512 x 512 and I have tried to upload a number of images, but nothing seems to work.

Any advice?

          I've tried on the app and in PeakD, nothing works.
